You control your personal data. Use this page to ask us to access, correct, delete or limit how we use your information, or to withdraw a consent you gave us.
Your rights
- Know, access and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your data when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent.
- Restrict or object to certain uses of your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time, free of charge.
- File a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
How we respond
We confirm your request and may ask you to verify your identity, so that nobody else can obtain your data.
Under the GDPR we reply within one month. Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 we answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days; these periods can be extended once, and we will tell you why.
Requests are free of charge unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.
